Ksenia’s journey as a massage therapist began when she was a personal trainer and fitness nutritionist. Working with her clients, and especially when she became a bodybuilding athlete herself, she realized the importance of movement, nutrition and bodywork working in synergy to maintain overall health and wellness.

She later became interested in energy work, and shortly after, received her Reiki I and II certifications. Ksenia attended Body in Mind Massage Institute in Guttenberg, NJ where she received a 600 hour Massage Therapy Practitioner Certificate. During that time, she learned a variety of massage modalities among which are Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, to name a few.

Ksenia tailors each massage session to the client’s needs. Her focus is on creating a therapeutic and healing experience for her clients that relieves stress and improves the function of the body and relieves stress. She blends different styles and techniques in order to create a very nurturing, relaxing, and effective massage. Her attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of the body are excellent for relieving stress, reducing muscle tension, improving exercise performance and preventing injuries.
